This Belize honeymoon package begins with 3 nights at Black Rock Lodge, a small jungle lodge located high above the slate rocks and waterfalls of the Macal River in western Belize, and ends with 4 nights on a private island in the Southwater Marine Reserve, a Belize marine protected area and part of the Belize Barrier Reef System, a World Heritage Site.
During the Black Rock portion of your Belize honeymoon, you'll stay in a Deluxe Cabana overlooking the Black Rock waterfalls, enjoy the excellent meals at Black Rock Lodge and tour the Caracol Mayan ruins (the largest in Belize), the Rio On Pools and Rio Frio Cave in the Mountain Pine Ridge area of Belize, Aktun Tunichil Muknal cave (Cave of the Crystal Maiden) where you'll see the preserved remains of Mayan sacrificial victims -- and a night time guided jungle tour.
During your honeymoon stay on Southwater Caye, you'll spend four nights in an island cabana, enjoy meals featuring freshly caught seafood, explore the Belize Barrier Reef on your guided 1/2 day snorkeling tour, paddle the Caribbean in a kayak - and learn the joys of doing nothing at all from your own personal seafront hammock overlooking gentle sea waves.
