 The
Captain's House is a 3-bedroom house located directly on the beach in the
northern part of Placencia Village (just north of Miss Lydia's and
about 50 feet west of Colibri Apartment).
Large
eat-in kitchen, master bedroom with king bed, living room, cable
television, comfortable front verandah, landscaped and fenced grounds,
one bathroom.
The Captain's House builder
was a master shipwright and constructed the house almost entirely of
mahogany. The house sleeps 3-6 comfortably and is located
about 250 feet from the edge of the Caribbean.
 Quiet,
private, good neighbors, close to a grocery store, bank, several
local restaurants including DeTatch, Barefoot Beach Bar, Daisies
and Trattoria Placencia. Minimum 3-day rental except during
Christmas and Easter holiday periods when minimum rental is one
week.
