The Tides Beach Resort is a very comfortable, well-managed resort, locally owned resort by Patojo and Sabrina Paz, local natives of San Pedro.  Patojo and Sabrina designed The Tides to maintain the beauty and architectural heritage of Ambergris Caye.

The location is great -- quiet beachfront, but also just a 5 minute walk to San Pedro Town, making for very easy convenient access to local restaurants, bars and shops. 
 

The Tides amenities include a new freshwater swimming pool, private dock and on-premises dive shop (Patojos).

All rooms are air conditioned, with private bath, ceiling fans and small fridges.  Room rate includes continental breakfast, and rooms come with either two double beds or one king bed.

Caye Casa Cabanas and Cottage is a delightful little guesthouse located just north of The Tides on the north side of San Pedro Town.   Easy to walk to everything, but  in its own little haven of sea breezes and shady palms.

The Caye Casa Cottage offers two air conditioned bedrooms with queen beds, two private baths, living area, a full kitchen, and of course, a verandah. (How else are you going to enjoy the view of the Caribbean at your front doorstep). 

The two Caye Casa Cottages are perfect for couples, each with one air conditioned bedroom and one bath, a living area and small kitchenette - and the requisite verandah.
