are three cabanas located in the northern part of Placencia Village next
to The Captain's House, Crow's Nest and Las Amigas Cabanas.
(Quiet, but still within a 5 minute walk from several restaurants, a
grocery store and bank. And, only a 10 minute walk to the docks, Wallen's and other stores and services.)

Two new cabanas
have two bedrooms, both with double beds, plus a great room
with a small living area, including futon, dining area, and
kitchenette (microwave, small fridge and coffee maker) and a/c in
the bedrooms (for an additional charge). A third cabana has
one large room downstairs with two double beds, full kitchen, fans
and living area, plus a loft with one double bed.
All three
cabanas have private baths with showers. The two new cabanas are
located about 250 feet from the edge of the Caribbean Sea. The
third cabana is about 80 feet from the Caribbean. charge).

 Miss Lydia's Lagoon House
is the perfect group or family accommodation. Three bedrooms,
large great room (living/dining area and fully equipped kitchen), one
bath with large shower (plus a water pump ensuring good water pressure
and lots of hot water), tile throughout, fans in every room, and best of
all, an enormous roof-top deck with amazing 360 views of the Caribbean
Sea, Placencia Village and Placencia Lagoon.

The
Lagoon House is a quiet location, catching both Sea and Lagoon
breezes, and convenient to local banks, several docks and piers
(easy pickup for fishing or diving parties), a dive shop, grocery
stores and area restaurants including De Tatch, Trattoria
Placencia and Daisy's.
