before much development came to southern Belize - quiet, natural beach,
mangroves and native vegetation.

reserve French Louie, you're reserving it just for you and your very
discrete caretaker/guide/chef (who has been described by clients as
the love child of Jacques Cousteau and Julia Child).
Lodging
is in a simple wooden cabana set into the mangroves (with wonderful
night-time sea breezes). A shower is provided in a separate
building, as is the restroom. Meals are freshly prepared, most
featuring just-caught seafood -- fish and/or lobster and conch (in
season).
Snorkeling gear and kayaks are included, and guests can snorkel,
kayak and swim to their heart's content - guided or unguided.
(Anglers should bring their gear - especially fly fishing anglers
because permit frequent the waters around the entire caye.)
